The wait was minimal. The manager seemed to be grumpy (older white bald guy) but everyone else had a smile. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. So many options that are reasonably priced. Save room for dessert. The hot fudge sundae cake/ice cream is HUGE so bring a friend or two to share.

Really good customer service. Make sure you ask for De etta. Great waitress. Had the steak and shrimp w/ idaho potatoes and coleslaw. Steak was good. Potatoes and coleslaw really good. All that dessert for 6.99..

I am so thankful I had a friend recommend we try this place. Great atmosphere and excellent prices for taking a family out to dinner. The quality of the food was impeccable, certainly the best value you are gonna find! Have been here numerous times.

Disappointed in Cheddar’s today. Went for lunch and got a buffalo wrap with house salad. Fork was dirty and asked for another. Waitress brought out a second set of silverware wrapped in napkin. Opened it and it had caked on food. Clearly the “dishwasher†isn’t working! And apparently no one is checking for quality assurance.Finally got a set of disposable flatware. Salad had more brown lettuce than green. Buffalo wrap was good, portion was satisfactory and waitress was pleasant. Step it up management!

The service was excellent. Could not have been more pleased. My steak was supposed to be cooked medium but was medium-well everything else was spot on. I really enjoyed myself here.

I ordered the New Orleans pasta with a side Salmon...everything was good. I love Cheddars. They always fill me up with generous portions and great seasonings. Quick delivery and excellent taste makes it a stop you can't pass up!

Omg! Can I take you back with me to Birmingham. I loved my stop here. I am staying across the street at the Hampton Inn and was looking for something close by. From the moment I saw the pictures on Google maps and then the menu I was 95% sold. I asked the hotel staff and he raved about this place and just finished eating his leftovers from there. Very nice sit down restaurant with a nice atmosphere, good food, and great prices. Highly recommend!

Visited this location while I was in town visiting family last weekend. Haven’t been here in years and back then I would have given them five stars. Upon my return I see the prices have raise but the customer service has gotten lower. The waitress seemed to be very attentive to some tables more than others while delivering cold food. I had a window seat so I literally watched other patrons park order and eat before we even got our food served. The only reason that I’m providing two stars is because of the nice manager.

Great food and great service! The food was really tasty and fast, even though it was packed to the gills with diners. They were also really cool about correcting my order when I said the wrong thing during the order. They fixed my mistake and got my food back out super fast. 10/10. Will definately be back the next time I see my mom.

Croissants are delicious, rest of my meal wasn't so great. Bar was nice, drinks are cheap strong and tasty. Oddly the mac n' cheese I had with my food was gross. Expected for from a place called "Cheddars."
